Malinda joined us for Christmas morning since Joseph's parents are on another mission in Africa. Briton and Maddie are getting so grown up. Maddie is Chad (Kim's brothers oldest daughter). When we went by the Terry household that day to take photos it was pretty quiet. After all the running around during the past few days we found Leslie and Joseph snuggled up on the sofa watching a movie and relaxing. The kids were visiting cousins in Worthen circle. The Terry's are a little camera shy so we let them off the hook and left the camera in the car. I think they appreciated it. They have so much family that it's a little overwhelming sometimes. They had a great Christmas too and totally enjoyed their new home. Leslie was on a mission to hit the after Christmas sales and buy some more Christmas decorations for next year.

Colton loved his fake glasses. He is totally into Toy Story this year so his favorite gifts were the action figures.

Fun Christmas morning at the Mathewson household.

Logan is into the Wii and got a new Bakugan game. I can't remember the name of this play figure he got. Amy's kids the glasses that Vance's monkey wears so Allison got them all glasses.

Brayden wanted a spark scooter. He likes anything that you play with outside.

Colton just wants to be held and loved. He is such a cuddler. On Christmas eve Amy took pictures of all the different people Colton got to hold him. He just sort of works the crowd getting a love. What a sweet boy and a great daddy too.

Kelsie modeling her new bathroom that we got her. I think we picked a winner. She had a great Christmas.

Zachary wrote a letter to Santa one day while he was at my house. I gave the letter to his parents but not before reading that he wanted some "real tools and a toolbox". Even though I was done shopping for him I could not resist. On Christmas morning Zachary said now that he had tools he was becoming a man. I love it!

Our three beautiful granddaughters! Kelsie, Briton and Aspen. They are getting so grown up. Posing at my house in their new gear.

Laurie and Kim cooking breakfast bacon outside. Usually Laurie and Laurie host the breakfast, but we got the chance to have Kim's family over this year. It was great to share Christmas with them all.

Vance couldn't decide which gift to open first. He loved his big wheel bike that Santa brought.

Santa brought Mason a new four wheeler. His old one just didn't have quite enough power to run well in the sand dunes. Santa picked out the perfect four wheeler for Mason.

Zachary got an ipod which he totally loved. Notice the sweatshirt from Christmas eve? He must have liked that too.

We stopped by Ogden's to see if Santa found their house too.

Chad and Allison have a tradition of making crepes for Christmas breakfast so Kim and I shared their favorite toppings. Nutella and bananas. It was fabulous. Allison is really becoming a great cook.

Who knew you could set the timer on your camera. Wonderful morning.

Allison and Chad invited Kim and I over for Christmas morning at their house. It would have been pretty quiet with just the two of us so we appreciate the invite. It was so fun to watch Vance open all his gifts.
