Jay arranged to have a private dinner on the beach for our last night in Costa Rica.
We saw "Pura Vida" on everything while we were there so I asked what it meant.
Pura Vida means, this is the good life or life is good which is certainly was for us.
The Four Seasons had the most picturesque location for our dinner on the beach.
They set up tiki torches and had fine china and crystal. Dinner was excellent with steak, lobster, this risotto that was to die for, salad , champagne for Pam and Jay. I looked over at the beach one time and saw someone taking our picture. We had our own chef and staff to serve us for the special occasion.
Jay really out did himself with Pam's 50th. Hard act to follow boys.
After a long year Pam and Jay deserve to have a wonderful week in paradise.
A toast to Pam who at 50 looks fabulous
Jay made arrangements to have a trio come and serenade to Pam
and then they had a delicious chocoate cake for the birthday girl.
Pam was very pleased by all of Jay's efforts to do something memorable for her.
