Monster Jam March 2011

Monster Jam is held over by where Allison lives so Allison Chad and Vance went over early and watched as they were setting up.  They sent me this photo from their phone and when I talked to Vance he was so excited I could hardly tell what he was saying, the only thing I could really catch was Monster Trucks!

 The grandkids had a fun afternoon at Monster Jam playing the games and seeing the exhibits prior to the World Final Competition later that evening.

The kids (and the Dad's)  look forward to this all year long.

 Bundled up but having fun.  It was so windy all week and Kim said it was the coldest Monster Jam he has been to, but not too bad under a blanket.

 Kim went with instructions to remember to take photos of the kids and not just the Monster Trucks flying through the air doing tricks.  He did good.

 Kelsie really wanted to go this year, so she braved it as the only girl in the group and had a great time too.

I think Maxiumum Destruction was the winner of the competition - not entirely sure though.

Kim and the son in laws cooked up Carne Asada for the group of 48 that met for lunch.  My nephews Darren and Chad came with their sons and a group of  friends from California and met up for lunch.  Mike and Ross brought some of their family and caught up with our family for lunch too.  Monster Jam didn't disappoint again this year and everyone had a blast.
